Driver's License

You must have a valid Florida driver's license within thirty days of becoming a resident. 
If you're moving within the state you must change the address on your driver's license within 10 days of your move.
To obtain a driver's license you must pass an exam, a road test, and a hearing/vision test.

Occupational License

Your business location may have a Lake Mary address, but actually be only zoned as county.  If that's the case you may only need a county license.  However if you're address is zoned as city, you will need a city license and county license, in which case you would obtain the city license first and then the county license.  If you're not sure how your address is zoned you can find out by contacting the city.  They be able to tell you if you'll require the city license based on your address.
